Honey Mustard Chicken Pizza
Using a pizza dough mix I created a really tasty pizza today.
I had one chicken breat marinated in my favorite honey mustard sauce in my freezer thawing it out and cutting it into smalish pieces I grilled it. I sliced up a small tomato some mushrooms and green onions.
I mixed up some leftover honey mustard marinade/sauce with ranch dressing and spread it on the pizza dough I made. Crushing some fresh garlic and sprinkling some italian spice mix then adding a mix of mozzarella and provalone cheese. I then put the chicken, mushrooms, onions and sliced tomato on top. Baked for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. This was a thicker crust pizza so if you make a thin crust you may only have to cook for 12-15 minutes.
I think I'll add more garlic next time and little less honey mustard sauce with the ranch dressing. I also prefer a thinner crust pizza so less dough next time. But all in all a tasty pizza!! I might even add some bacon!
